Open to the private sector only with minimum education qualification of having a Bachelors degree. Limited to 25 participants. Program cost is covered by KFAS. The registration will close upon either the deadline date of July 23, 2020 at 12:00pm (noon), or upon exceeding the maximum number of applications received.

Overview

This one-day work session will help participants consistently complete projects successfully. They will learn to implement a disciplined process to execute projects and to master informal authority.

Program Objectives

Project Management Essentials for the Unofficial Project Manager™ will provide the mindset, skillset, and toolset that will consistently deliver successful projects to completion. The content can be delivered online via a virtual classroom or in a traditional classroom setting.
