Open Enrollment courses (OE) are professional development learning courses targeting the private sector workforce from professionals to middle management levels.

 

These courses help develop and sharpen skills necessary for leadership and business successes in an environment designed to foster extensive peer-to-peer interaction and a wide range of professional and cultural exchanges. Participants learn skills and tools for complex problem solving, critical thinking, effective brainstorming and idea generation, and how to be innovative in business.

 

OE offerings are available to all Kuwaiti companies at no cost.
