Managing Virtual Teams
Participants
Open to the private sector only with minimum education qualification of having a Bachelors degree. Limited to 25 participants. Program cost is covered by KFAS. The registration will close upon either the deadline date of June 10, 2020 at 3:00pm, or upon exceeding the maximum number of applications received.
Who Should Attend
Experienced managers, leaders, and project managers who are currently leading virtual teams and are seeking to enhance their overall performance as virtual leaders, as well as those who will be moving into a virtual leadership role in the future. It is also for those team leaders and manager who have had to, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resort to online collaborations with their teams and team members who have had to switch to online platforms.
Overview
This session looks at the various challenges associated with working with, and leading virtual teams which are becoming more and more commonplace in the modern working environment. By using a combination of interactive tools through the session, participants learn how to lead, motivate and use technology in the right way when working in the modern work environment.
