3 Day Female Entrepreneurship Intensive
Participants
Open to the private sector only with minimum education qualification of having a Bachelors degree. Limited to 25 participants. Program cost is covered by KFAS. The registration will close upon either the deadline date of November 7, 2019, or upon exceeding the maximum number of applications received.
Who Should Attend
The goal of this proposed KFAS workshop is to empower women entrepreneurs, from a wide range of industries, to move their ideas into the market, taking steps toward launching or growing their ventures. The workshop will be ideal for women entrepreneurs from idea stage through early revenue.
Overview
This workshop targets women entrepreneurs and will use 3 strategies to increase the participants’ self-confidence. Those three strategies are mirroring, authentic dialogue, and lead by example.
Program Objectives
The workshop aims to drive entrepreneurship and the fundamentals of starting a business. Through authentic peer-to-peer dialogue the participants will build support and empathy for one another, sharing tips and strategies to proactively overcome self-doubts and move forward in their business strategy. By the end of the program the participants will understand:
• Customer needs, preferences and habits
• How to develop a Go-to-Market Strategy
• How to design a Team for Growth
• The reality of the current situation
